So how does the 8 week Transformation Challenge work?
We have just 8 spaces available keeping our circle small so everyone gets the coaching they need. Over 8 weeks from 1st March 2022 you will receive:
- 8 weeks of small group personal training sessions
- 8 weeks of nutritional guidance and meal plans
- Private support group to contact the coaches 24/7
We will mentor you with nutrition advice tailored to your goals – whether you are looking to gain muscle or lose body fat. We can even help steer you in the right direction if you have disordered eating patterns.
Our training sessions will follow a mixture of fitness based sessions to improve your cardiovascular system; strength based training to improve metabolism and build lean muscle and; flexibility and mobility work to reduce DOMS and keep you supple over the 8 weeks.
At the end of the challenge, our impartial Head Judge, Master Trainer Matt Gleed, will chose a winner that has made the biggest transformation. Our challenge winner will receive a 12 month membership and full programming to continue their progress and success in the long term. What have you got to lose?
