When you join us at Peak, you become part of our Peak Family (we even have our own hashtag!). We are passionate about ensuring everyone is confident using our gym and our trainers are always on hand for advice or assistance. We strive to provide a club where everyone can expect the same level of professional support, motivation and advice, provide a great facility, with an excellent service (Customer Excellence Awards Winners as voted by our members).

We are not a “one size fits all gym” and have a full range of memberships available. We are now a Members Only Club. We do not offer pay as you go sessions any more. However, if you are thinking of trying us out before you decide to join our Peak Family – click on the red “JOIN” tab, complete the online form and have an initial session to see what you think.


We want all our members to be confident using our gym equipment. So we ensure that everyone has an induction before starting with us. If you are already an avid gym-goer, this won’t take long. If you are fairly new to using workout equipment then we will take all the time you need.

All inductions are now done online using our virtual online induction video. The video is accessible once you have signed up online, paid your fee and booked your first session. If you have any questions after watching the video or need a little more assistance using the gym, please speak to a member of the team and we will be happy to help.

In the current times, we do not accept walk in’s. All sessions must be booked online using our online booking system.

* When you join Peak Health and Fitness as a member you are entering into a ‘membership agreement’. The terms of this agreement mean that you will be charged monthly (commencing on the date you joined) on a continuous, rolling basis. The minimum term for these rates to apply are 3 months. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel your membership if you are unable to use it for any reason. We only accept cancellation in writing via email. Other methods of cancellation are not accepted. We do not issue refunds. You must ensure you cancel at least 7 days before your next monthly membership renews. If you do not request to cancel at least 7 days prior to the renewal of your membership, funds may be taken and we do not offer refunds in these circumstances. If you do not cancel and your contract continues and we are unable to take payment, we shall seek to recover any outstanding membership fees. Where we refer your account to a third party collection agency, this will incur additional administration charges as set by them. This applies to ALL monthly memberships and payment types. The above rates are only available to those on the autopay system. Those not wanting to pay by card on a rolling monthly basis can pay as you go or have the monthly £42.99 rate with no rolling membership. Where you purchase the 12 month membership package, we do not issue refunds or part-exchanges for non-usage. At the end of the 12 month period, your contract will come to an end and it is your responsibility to renew this should you wish to do so. We do not freeze memberships. A £10.00 Admin Fee will apply to those members who have previously cancelled and wish to re-join on a rolling membership.

COVID-19 Disclaimer – We will take all necessary precautionary steps to ensure our gym remains a safe and clean place to use. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use the gym if you are ill, or displaying symptoms of corona virus, or have been in contact with anyone testing positive for corona virus, or displaying symptoms of corona virus. We request that you familiarise yourself with our opening measures ahead of your visit to our facility and ensure you abide by these measures. These can be found on our website. We do not recommend the use of PPE whilst training in the gym, as this is likely to inhibit your oxygen supply and could lead to fainting, dizziness and other respiratory conditions. However, should you wish to wear a mask or face covering, you do so entirely at your own risk and we do not accept and liability for any injuries or illnesses sustained as a result of this.
