Our Trainers are qualified to the highest level working with a variety of clients from the British Bobsleigh Team, to Professional Athletes, to clients with a range of injuries, mobility issues and rehabilitation requirements.

As well as Personal Training sessions, we like to offer our members other benefits such as ‘Ladies Only Bootcamp’ as well as weekly classes. This is where our Fitness Family come together to work out alongside each other, motivating one another and building a great rapport throughout the gym.
