The Under 15’s team is coached by Mark Faulkner. Mark took over the team in 2012. The team is currently made up of 17 young lads, of which 3 are long-standing players – Jamie, Joe and Elliot.

Tavy Under 15’s have won the Fair Team Award twice and were placed as runners up in the Under 14’s League Cup. The team has gone from strength to strength and Mark is currently helped by Cory Jones and Jamie Court. The team has been promoted to Division 2 and Manager Mark notes that one of the best games for the lads last season was against Torpoint. Mark notes that the team was a player down when one was sent off, but the team went on to win the match 3-2! Mark says that despite the hard work and input of being a football team manager, he thoroughly enjoys his role.

As part of our sponsorship of the team, we have worked as a community and raised enough money to buy the team new hoodies to start their season with. Our Fitness Family and the family and friends of the team both kindly donated raffle prizes and bought tickets to enable funds to be raised. We also intend to purchase some new training equipment for the lads to use during their training sessions.

Peak also want to work with the lads on and off the pitch and are providing monthly training sessions to help with their fitness and skills. Both John and Steve are working with Mark and the team and look forward to supporting them through the coming season.

The team also won their first game of the season 3-0! Well done lads!
