We were super excited to win Tavistock's very first Customer Service Excellence Awards in November!
As winners of the Wellbeing Category, it was an honour to receive such recognition 3 years after we first opened our doors in Tavistock.
The awards were the idea was of Rhiannon Spurgeon, the founder of the Totally Awesome Women’s Network and manager of the business centre, The Hub, in Tavistock town centre. She said she wanted to do something to flag up the great service that could be found in the town.
Customers, individuals and visitors to the town voted in their 100’s to share their customer service experiences. The shortlist of 10 per category was then put before a panel of expert judges to vote on the winners.
We received our award at the Christmas Light Switch on in Tavistock and it was presented to us by the legendary Rowing Marine, Lee Spencer.
The Excellence Awards are great for all business in the town. However, we are particularly proud to have won our category as this was voted for by our Peak Family and gives us a positive nod that we are doing what we set out to do 3 years ago.
