Terms and Conditions

* When you join Peak Health and Fitness as a member you are entering into a ‘membership agreement’. The terms of this agreement mean that you will be charged monthly (commencing on the date you joined) on a continuous, rolling basis.

The minimum term for these rates to apply are 3 months. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel your membership if you are unable to use it for any reason. We only accept cancellation in writing via email. Other methods of cancellation are not accepted. We do not issue refunds. You must ensure you cancel at least 7 days before your next monthly membership renews. If you do not request to cancel at least 7 days prior to the renewal of your membership, funds may be taken and we do not offer refunds in these circumstances.

If you do not cancel and your contract continues and we are unable to take payment, we shall seek to recover any outstanding membership fees. Where we refer your account to a third party collection agency, this will incur additional administration charges as set by them. This applies to ALL monthly memberships and payment types. The above rates are only available to those on the autopay system.

Those not wanting to pay by card on a rolling monthly basis can pay as you go or have the monthly £50.00 rate with no rolling membership. Where you purchase the 12 month membership package, we do not issue refunds or part-exchanges for non-usage. At the end of the 12 month period, your contract will come to an end and it is your responsibility to renew this should you wish to do so.

We do not freeze memberships. A £10.00 Admin Fee will apply to those members who have previously cancelled and wish to re-join on a rolling membership. 24 hour access will be immediately suspended upon non-payment of membership. You will be unable to use the gym until payment has been processed. If you use the gym whilst your membership payment is outstanding, there will be a £7.50 charge per session. If you permit another person access that is not a member, there is a £10.00 charge and your membership may be cancelled as a result. Upon cancellation of 24 hour membership key fob must be returned otherwise there is a non-refundable charge of £15.00. If you lose your key fob, there is a £15.00 replacement charge.

When you join Peak Health and Fitness for the first time there is an initial fee of £4.99 per person to cover the cost of your app and £5.00 per person to cover the cost of your access code. This fee is added on to your first month’s membership.
