OUR CLASSES ARE AWESOME

Here at Peak we are pleased to be able to offer a variety of classes to suit all abilities and ages. Our Instructors are experts in their field and are passionate about what they do.

Classes are open to both members and non-members and are on a first come first served basis.

All of our classes (apart from the lifting clinic) are £7.50 or £50 for 10 classes when block booking.

COVID-19 Measures – Due to current circumstances all classes will have a maximum of 5 participants.
Early booking and payment is essential to secure your space. Classes are non-refundable. It is at the instructor’s discretion as to whether your space can be moved to another slot if enough notice is provided to fill your space.

CLASS INFORMATION

HIIT

High intensity interval training – fast paced workouts using a combination of equipment and bodyweight exercises.

Circuits

Using a variety of different equipment, such as dumbbells, slam balls, power bags in a circuit for a high number of reps in a set amount of time.

Boxercise

Using forms of Boxing training in a safe controlled method to help improve your fitness levels. Pad, bag and fitness all incorporated plus a chance to hit the instructor.

Lifting Clinic

This class is to help people work on all aspects of lifting, mobilisation, accessory work and lifting. Deadlifts, squats, push press and Olympic lifting will all be covered.

Barbellas

Lifting class for women. Small group training to teach the basics of barbell lifting techniques.

Functional Fitness

This class is based around a variety of movement using all types of equipment, while working at pace. You will be using Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells and body weight exercises.

Pilates

Aims to strengthen the body in an even way with special emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness. Helps improve postural alignment and muscle balance.

Yoga Flow

Awaken and align the body in these gentle flow sessions. Focus on strength, mobility and flexibility and all postures can be modified to be suitable for all levels.

Beginners Yoga

Designed for those new to the practice of yoga and wanting to start from scratch in a friendly and supportive group setting. Covers basic yoga postures, breathwork, relaxation and meditation.
