OUR CLASSES ARE AWESOME

Here at Peak we are pleased to be able to offer a variety of classes to suit all abilities and ages. Our Instructors are experts in their field and are passionate about what they do.

Classes are open to both members and non-members and are on a first come first served basis.

All of our classes are separate to our memberships and priced by the instructor taking the class. Discount may be available for block booking. To book your class, you must contact the instructor directly. More information about our team can be found on our Meet the Team page.

Early booking and payment is essential to secure your space. Classes are non-refundable. It is at the instructor’s discretion as to whether your space can be moved to another slot if enough notice is provided to fill your space.

CLASS INFORMATION

Circuits

Using a variety of different equipment, such as dumbbells, slam balls, power bags in a circuit for a high number of reps in a set amount of time.

Group Cycle

High Intensity Interval Sprints using our target training indoor cycles. Perfect for building muscle, burning fat. Maximum effort in minimum time.

Pilates

Focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Pilates helps to strengthen the core and build muscular endurance. A great class for all fitness levels.

Yoga Flow

Awaken and align the body in these gentle flow sessions. Focus on strength, mobility and flexibility and all postures can be modified to be suitable for all levels. Beginners Yoga is for those new to the practice of yoga and wanting to start from scratch in a friendly and supportive group setting.

WOD Blast

A fun fitness session for all abilities, based on the principles of CrossFit. A combination of short, intense workouts using free weights and body weight in a supportive environment.

Boxfit

Combining Boxing techniques with a high energy fitness class, Boxfit is for all abilities wanting to learn a new skill and improve fitness levels.
