Here at Peak, we go the extra mile when it comes to our facilities and equipment. Let us introduce you to the ultimate indoor cycling experience - Peak Ride!

Our Ride ethos is “Maximum Effort, Minimum Time”. Our cycle sessions are short but sweet; designed to build muscle and burn fat following our Sprint 8 interval training method.

What is Sprint 8?

Sprint 8 is a 30 minute ride including a warm up and cool down. We take you through 8 intense 30 second intervals, with a 90 second active recovery period in between each sprint to prep you for the next round.

Using our state of the art Matrix Fitness CXP bikes, all information is stored for you so you can keep track of your fitness levels each session to monitor your progress. Touch screen and smooth levers, there are no twisty knobs or rusty bikes here!

Our Ride sessions are perfect for those short on time but that want the very best workout experience.

Want to Ride with us? Come and join us in our bespoke indoor cycling studio.

Our weekday sessions are instructor led by our Matrix Ride Trainers. Open to members and non-members you can book individual or monthly unlimited rides clicking on the button below.

Prefer to ride solo? You can use our studio on Saturday’s for open Suffer Fest (or whichever app you prefer). Pop your headphones in, connect to our free Wi-Fi and cycle away facing the open road on Dartmoor.
